Between 1963 and 1980 the cellist Charlotte Moorman organised fifteen performance festivals in various locations of New York. Artists and performers include Allan Kaprow, Nam Jun Paik, Laurie Andersen John Cage, Yoko Ono, Allen Ginsberg, Al Hansen, Geoff Hendricks, etc.
