New Reform, an art center for performance art, concrete poetry, plastic arts, video, film, theatre, experimental music and conceptual works,existed in Aalst (Belgium) from 1970 till 1979. This art center under the direction of Roger D’Hondt, turned art upside down and was a driving force in the development of new creative forms which can be called ‘art’ in de traditional sense.
